This painting is one that grows on me. I like it better every time I see it. It is very similar to one of Nora Sallows original nude series of 20 from May 2006, but bolder in color with much different brush strokes. Ms. Sallows is a well know and respected Ohio portrait and wildlife artist who's web site is Dancing Light Studio. Her painting can be seen here.
